Our design process
Step 1 : see, make people see, foresee
See – The first phase is the in depth understanding of the context. We take a good look inside and outside.
Inside means: the understanding of the company/organization and their current strategies. We do that by talking to people from the company, making workshops and examining existing materials (internet site, research results, personal interviews…)
Outside means: the understanding of the relationship between company/organization and the market, by benchmarking techniques and trend comprehension.
Make people see – The results of the first step are being visualized in order to make it possible for everyone to understand the actual situation and to facilitate the generation of new ideas for the future.
Foresee – Using the previous results to co-create future scenarios and solutions.
Step 2 : define, prototype and test
In this part one or more scenarios are developed into a service concept.
We verify different ideas using creative methods. We are able to simulate and prototype solutions in order to receive feed-back, this way continuously improving the service and presenting already tested solutions to the market.
Step 3 : design the tools and make the service ready for use
The service is being specified in details and put in a form that enables the company to make it real. Thanks to our partnerships we are able to offer you a communication strategy and a detailed business plan.
